We check each order for quality. We offer high quality mugs, presses and other coffee items. Our coffee is among the freshest and tastiest around. However, we can't always be perfect. If the product in question was delivered to you in unsatisfactory condition, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return.
If your item is defective or arrived damaged, we will take care of you. Here's what we will do....
- NOTE: See special information on coffee grinders and espresso machines below.
- We will issue a FedEx call tag to pick the item(s) up at your location. You will not have to pay any postage, and can simply reseal the original packaging.
- We can send replacement item, or...
- We can provide a full refund on the purchase price plus shipping*.
* We will provide a refund provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and any other enclosures.
Our coffee grinders from Baratza and La Pavoni, and La Pavoni Espresso Machines are backed by warranties. The warranty may vary between individual items, and these warranties are illustrated in the product descriptions on our website. Any warranty issues will be handled directly with the manufacturer (they are very good to work with).
If you received the wrong item, we want to make it right. Simply give us a call toll free at 866-790-6166, or email us at sales (at) buzzmug.com.

- We will then ship out your correct order.
If within 30 days of receiving your order, you are unsatisfied with an item, we will provide a credit card refund or store credit to you for the original price of the item(s). Conditions apply, including:
- The returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and any other enclosures.
- We must receive your item in it's original packaging in new and unused condition.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Please note that some items/orders may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Items that apply include appliances, large orders (over 10 pieces if all are being returned) & wholesale orders.
- NOTE: We cannot accept return of used cups and mugs.
- We cannot accept return of opened coffee, tea, snacks or other consumable items.
If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.
1. On the packing slip that was included with your order, write the reason for return and your wishes for an exchange or return. If requesting another item in exchange, please write that item name on the packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, you may write this information on blank paper. But please make sure to include the name and address of the customer who placed the order.
2. Box the item securely. The original packing slip, or at a minimum the order number and customer information, is required. Enclose the packing slip plus all original packaging and accessories (see notes above for requirements).

4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 20 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.

NOTE: If you pay using a PayPal E-Check, your order may be delayed an additional 3 - 5 days while your check clears in PayPal.

The State of Arizona, which is where BuzzMug is headquartered, requires that Arizona Sales Tax be charged. Customers with a billing address located within Arizona will be assessed an 9.3% sales tax. Please follow your own state’s guidelines with regard to out of state purchases.
