Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery within the United States. All items are inspected for quality before being shipped to you.  While we do our best to see that your order is handled in the most prompt method, there are circumstances beyond our control that do not always allow us to guarantee delivery by a certain date.  You can be assured that we do monitor shipping status and we will be sure to notify you if we suspect any delays in shipment. 

Our normal processing time is 1 - 2 business days from when you place your order. If you are requiring an item in a specific time frame, please keep this in mind. You may also contact us to let us know when you need it, and we may be able to expedite your order processing. Or we can advise on the appropriate shipping method for you.

NOTE: If you pay using a PayPal E-Check, your order may be delayed an additional 3 - 5 days while your check clears in PayPal.

BuzzMug Shipping Rates and Information

In order to keep your shipping costs low and get your items to you quickly, we ship via US Postal Service and Fedex. You can choose your shipping option during checkout.

Shipping Rates:

Rates will be shown during checkout that are provided directly from the U.S. Postal Service & Federal Express. Shipping rates and options will be based on two factors:

1. Total order weight (you will be shown the total weight during checkout)
2. Your delivery zip code

In some cases, an item may be shipped to you from one of our suppliers or manufacturers. In this case, the item may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or another carrier. If in fact a part of your order is to be shipped separately, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

United States Customers:

During checkout you will have several shipping methods available to you.

US Postal Service (USP):

1. Priority Mail - Delivery in 2 to 3 days to most areas in the lower 48.
2. Express Mail - Guaranteed overnight delivery to most areas within the Continental U.S. One to two day delivery in other areas. NOTE: This option not available in all delivery areas.
3. NOTE: Choose a USPS option if you are shipping to a PO Box

Federal Express (FDX):

1. FedEx Home Delivery (1 - 5 business days*)
2. FedEx Standard Overnight (next business day)
3. FedEx Priority Overnight (next business morning)
4. FedEx Express Saver (3 business days**)
5. FedEx Second Day (2 business days)

* = 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service Days: Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
* *= Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

Canadian Customers:

During checkout you will have several shipping methods available to you:. We ship your order within 2 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times of the Canadian mail system.

US Postal Service (USP):

1. Priority Mail International
2. Express Mail International
3. NOTE: Choose a USPS option if you are shipping to a PO Box

Federal Express (FDX):

1. FedEx Canadian International Priority
2. FedEx Canadian International Economy
3. FedEx Canadian Ground

Customers with a PO Box:

If we are shipping your order to a PO Box, please choose a US Postal Service shipping option. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. If you choose FedEx shipping during checkout, we will ship your order via USPS and choose the service type as close to your original shipping choice as possible

Coffee Orders:

NOTE: If you ordered coffee, your shipment may be delayed up to 2 additional days while we roast your coffee. This is so that we can give you the freshest roast possible.

Ordering Coffee Grinders or Espresso Machines?

If ordering a grinder or espresso machine, your item may ship from the manufacturer. In this case, it will ship UPS Ground. This is typically more expensive than USPS or FedEx, but you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

ORDER TRACKING:

If Your Order is Shipped via FedEx:

When your order is shipped through FedEx, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order through the FedEx website at http://www.fedex.com

If Your Order is Shipped via US Postal Service:

When we ship your order via USPS, we will enter your email into the US Postal Service shipment request. You will then get an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number at the USPS website to track your order. NOTE: We find that the tracking system for USPS is a little behind actual shipment times. Your order may be delivered before you can get information on its transit.
