how to make a strawberry banana smoothie
with just a handful of simple ingredients. The smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and lightly sweet. It's gluten free, dairy free, and has no added sugar

Ingredients

non-dairy milk

vanilla extract
pinch of
sea salt

scoop
collagen peptides
optional

chia seeds

MCT oil or nut butter

Instructions
Add all of the fruit to the blender first, followed by the liquids.
If are you including add-ins, add those to the blender as well.
Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and creamy throughout.
Pour into serving glasses and enjoy.
Notes
Vanilla
: I do recommend using vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, as it helps all the flavors pop, but if you don't have them both, don't sweat it!
Frozen berries
: Instead of using frozen strawberries, you can use another frozen berry.
Non-dairy milk
: Use any dairy-free milk or regular milk... just make sure it doesn't have added sweetener or the smoothies will turn out too sweet.
Fiber
: You can use chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds.
